[death with cloth modifier]

Well

It's not as detailed as most death concepts are. It's just very basic overall. The cloth modifier does add some detail to the robe but that's the only detail that is involved. The skeleton is very basic and looks like plastic.

Sadly this isn't concept work it is 3d and 3d is more difficult to get those extra details in... I spent hours in zbrush painting on the objs and then when i used the deforms in maya they just didnt pick up the kind of detail that i wish it would have. When i forced it to do so it made it look like parts of the face had exploded.. lol... and also i agree about the plastic look.. its in the jaw and teeth right... you caught me.. ;) I didn't fully finish this piece. I stopped the project all together

Nice

The sphere looks kind of like a metallic glass sitting on top of the sand. The shadowing effects are nicely done. I actually like that you didn't include anything in the background. It would take away from the sphere being the focal point of the piece.

Cool

-The basic background design of bricks makes the whole thing seem like it was done on a brick wall. Gives it that nice spraypaint look.

-A goat listening to music on headphones would be pretty crazy. It's quite an idea you have here. It would make for an awesome animation.

Interesting

It's quite interesting. The colors are melded well. I think you should of done it across the whole painting area instead of just a diamond. It limited what you could do.

Great Job

-If the picture wasn't awesome enough the author comments make him sound even better. He is quite the formidable behemoth to be sulking around graveyards.

-The shadowing is really good and it gives you an obvious figure of where the sun would be coming from. I'd say it's about dusk and he's ready to get to work.

[The Leviathan]

Wow

-Just the freeze frame of the leviathan coming out of the ice is enough to make my jaw drop. It makes it look so dynamic and badass. I definitely wouldn't want to be the one trying to get past him. You did well with the airbrushing effects on the ice and the water especially. It looks so cold and realistic. I'd love to see more fantasy pieces like this.

[Red Baron vs Castle Crashers]

Amazing

-This really deserved the award of being frontpaged. It's one of the best action drawings that I have seen submitted here on Newgrounds.

-Every single member of the castle crashers team is doing their part to take down the Red Baron. He doesn't stand a chance at defeating four enemies when he can't watch all of them at the same time. I love how you incorporated different actions for each one and took much attention to detail.

This made me chuckle. Rey Mysterio would probably do this in real life too. He always seems to be picking out fights. It would be a great fight so see unfold too if it was possible.

That is pretty epic. I didn't expect that at all when I clicked on this. Pikachu looks very downtrodden that he is being used as the Captain's stool. I really like what you did as far as mixing up the captain morgan pose with different characters.

I can really understand what you mean. There is a ton of detail and texture in your picture. It would be very time consuming to have to do that over a whole animation. I really like where you are going with this project from the looks of it though. Very action oriented with some explosions. I'll have to watch this whenever you finish it.
