Nice

This is a really good idea you have there. The many choices lets the user have a ton of fun with this game. The colors were an added plus to this thing. It seemed more fun to make the bot than to watch him dance though. Still thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to make us something for robot day.

Great

-This is a great example of how high of quality you can find on newgrounds. This submission has combined the platforming genre and shooting genre in great ways. This game almost demands that you combine the two in the heated combat you'll face off against zombies/mutents, pirates, and special forces through a lengthy 2 levels. Saying it has 2 levels may sound like it doesn't have much available to it but that's where you'd be wrong.

-The various weapons allow for all different ways to kill among those who are major fans of all shooters. You can get up close and personal with a flak gun or take your time with your shots with a sniper rifle. The bosses are where this game really shines. There are bosses at the end of both of the levels which demand good strategy and technique to defeat them. They allow you to go the next level and they won't let you go easily. When you finally finish the Adventure Mode there are other modes of play where you have to standoff against certain types of enemy's and/or waves of them as they try to stop your fun and kill you where you stand.

Nice

My only suggestion is that the game should be much faster. Especially when it "speeds up"...you should definitely kick that up like x2 or x3. Other than that, it's a fun, entertaining game. Sure the concept has been done a thousand times over, but originality isn't always necessary. Overall, nicely done.

Loved it.

I loved the game, I liked the original but this has made its mark also, I love the puns and one liners used as tips throughout each level and strangely enough only had to use the tutorials on a few of the levels when stumped. I hope you continue making such games as they have a lot of thought behind them. Extremely simple but challenging and fun nonetheless. Keep up the great work.

Addicting

This game as a very colorful retro style, with very tough puzzle maps to get by. I went to the last level 61 and my robot gave up, after seeing how to beat it on youtube, i find it impossible! But very fun game indeed! "my robot does not compute so he gives up and blows his electronic brain wishing he was built to beat this game but he's not!" Really addicting.

Great

Not only is the game 3d, which is rare even now for flash games, but it's easily one of the most fun and balanced games I've played. That is of course, until you get the highest priced items in the game... Once you get the full armor, the minigun dog, and the minigun itself, the game becomes way too easy. I guess it should for how many kills it takes to get the stuff, but wow.

Review

Great game. By the end, if you choose it right, you can fly without ever touching down. Need to make a few more stages though. And need to alter, not remove, the underground immunity thing. A missile in the ground as a mine should go off and hurt the worm.

[Major Suggestion for gamers playing this the first time ever: When you can, remove the hunger! It'll make it easier to reach the end!]

Excellent Game

In my opinion this game is indeed very balanced, and the crypts are by far not the only way to get a dozen 'brilliant's in no-time. I agree on their usefullness since they level up very fast and through their special abilities like freeze or bouncing shots have a one-shot stopping power unlike all other towers, but if played right, the temples can beat that without problems. with a bit of strategy, a combination of scorching auras at the entrances (in high levels this kills all ninjas instantly, plus it slows down the enemies right from the start) and evil eyes together with a few dens and crypts near the gems kills anything before it comes even remotely close to them. I have played crypts and temples to near perfection and so far it has been a great (and time consuming...) challenge, but very much managable. Really looking forward to seeing a sequel come out with more towers and enemies.

Improved

I love the idea, graphics, sound, and gameplay. I did have some problems deselecting and selecting units though. I think the units should be deployed closer together and the building should have a longer building range, so you don't have to build and sell to place crap where you want it. Also the mochi coins could have been implemented better. It's still a cool game overall though.

Well

The presentation is wonderful, and the gameplay is great... for a few levels. The problem is, when you get both choppers and airstrike, the challenge vanishes. Put several Chinooks in the same location near the entrance, they take out all air; an airstrike (and later, 2 in succession) placed near the enemy entrance destroys all ground but some infantry, which the choppers take out easily from afar.

I'm a pretty laid back person. Like some things about the new design but still like a lot of things from the old one :/
