[Chris & Harry]

Wow.

Wow... thats all. I mean it describes my hatred against everything which has coconut flavour. Sadly, I dont posess such powers as in the movie. Chris, your Style certainly improves, and even though it was kinda "Dragon Ball" - ish the absurdity of this movie was very amusing. You earned your high score fair and square. And for everyone who loves totaly insane situations, this is the right stuff.

Nice movie

I really liked this little movie. You set a really nice atmosphere with the whole thing; The colours, the backgrounds, the characters and the music all worked perfect together. Everything in this flash seemed to be perfect, for instance, one thing i noticed, even though it´s only on screen about 2 seconds, are the wheels of the truck. The idea that you used of just spinning the middle bit worked perfect, and it´s little things like that, that make this flash awesome. The characters are funny little guys, and very original, so you get to like them right away.

[The Sugar Claws: I-VII]

Quite unexpected

-Just when I thought you didn't use color you suprise me by using pink. But I think it makes it even more menacing. Pretty much the same interface that i'm used to seeing from you so it was easy to navigate through. Being able to pull back the text boxes to see the art is a nice addition too.

-The frame with vomit was pretty ingenious as it made me chuckle a bit even though it's a little gross. It made me notice the importance of text in the drawings too. The beginning is different than what I expected but you've never dissapointed in a good story.

Good Stuff

I enjoy seeing hand-drawn animation every now and then on newgrounds. The animation itself was smooth and I believe that you did a good job with it. It would have been nice to have seen a little more done with it, such as it being longer or switching to color when mario starts moving or even the touch screen being implemented. Overall, an enjoyable flash.

Don't be upset with me

Well it definitely does have some comedy factor since I find Bill Cosby rants hilarious. But I think it has too much Bill Cosby and not enough of the classic phoenix wrong objections and case layout. Lengthening it would most likely solve this problem.

Pretty good

-Really nice sketchy notebook drawing kind of style. You don't see this kind of drawing too much outside of the art portal. I'd actually suggest putting it there if it wasn't as interactive as it is. But seeing that it does have a good amount of interactivity it lends itself to being in the flash portal.

-Lots of interesting demon styles and the way that you designed them. Usually you see very standard little devil type of demons but yours are much different. It didn't bother me that every one was in a different window since there is something to go with them. Overall I found this pretty creative.

Great

Very clean animation, very nice synchronization with sound music and action. Plus you have a great style and you even handled this concept really well. Additionally, the twist from a possibly serious scape to the common FPS hardcore gaming world was perfect. Finally, the animating was very fluid and showed great angles. This is truly top-notch work.

[Demon Tales Ep1 "Pilot"]

Nice start

-Kind of a sad start to things. Very eerie atmosphere and the characters are vibrant. Yet you don't reveal too much about them which makes it quite the teaser. Nice and effective way to draw people into the story for future episodes.

- Voice acting is good and i'd say they fit the characters well. Overall design and story so far is compelling to say the least and could make a rather good series. The ending suprised me quite a bit. Really wasn't expecting that.

-Only thing i'd say that needs work is animating character movements and lip-synching needs a bit of a touch up. If this series is going to be as action oriented as it looks to be then smoother, crisper movements are going to be needed.

Yea, The Animation thing is going to inprove in the second episode :)
Alot of this was done around januari 2010. And the project got put on hold for a while
I learned alot of new things during that time though, and i will use this in the second episode.

[8-BIT Waterslide]

Great Stuff

-The title had me at the get go, because I had no idea how one could pull it off. The amount of time and effort you needed to put into this entry must've been epic! I was laughing my ass off by the end, and I watched it four times before finally writing this.

-I always like seeing animation thats new and creative and full of effort, and this deffinately hits all three. One of the other reviewers had a point, the screen could have been larger, but from my end it was just too damn funny and well done. Keep it up, I hope for more from you like this in the future.

[Animating Boxes at 3am]

Nice

This was an amazing representation of the way that society sucks people into conformity with the way they see fit. I also find it interesting that you included that they don't begin to conform until the later years because while you're an innocent child, being different is acceptable. But as people mature and begin to feel the need to become accepted the become a part of a cookie cutter, utopian zombie society and everything that the majority consider abnormal is frowned upon and despised by many. It's a perfect metaphor for the death of individuality in modern society. Just wish that you would of had more time to work on this and make it more polished.
