Awesome

Th fact that you did this frame by frame is really awesome, i think a lot of flashes come out better that way. The sound synced up perfectly on my computer, but then again, it's a good enough computer that I can watch any flash at highest quality without any delay at all. Even so, the fact that it did sync up under perfect conditions meant that you did your job well.

Really nice

Your animations where fluid and complex i especially noted the effort you must have put into the swinging bar part. The other thing i liked was your graphic style which was very complex and appealing. Although i have seen this concept before and is nothing particularly new (see rapping grannies ect) the music you added in was timed just perfectly to give me a good chuckle, well that and the end gag was a nice touch. Great work, great submission

Well

Great looks and smooth anmation, and actualy a pretty catchy song. The only reason its not a 10 is that it is an infinite loop. I mean you obviously put alot of work into this movie, why not make an ending verse after a few repeats, or just do like five repeats then stop it?

Well

This was a very enjoyable experience for me, enhanced further by the piece`s ambiguity. I can`t help but think that the old fellow we see here is a doctor who lost a patient, a small child, and abandoned his religion before committing suicide. The scenes in black and white seem to depict happenings while he was alive, like when he was going door to door and spreading his faith and when we see him mourning what appears to be a dead child. The scenes in black and red strike me as an after death sort of state where he might be being `processed` to ascertain what should be done with him. That tower with the arrows, one poiting up and three pointing down, speak to me as if a great many people `go down` while very few `go up`. Apparently, despite abandoning his religion, he `goes up` by way of the elevator. It`s a very curious piece, and I think the cleverly hidden point of it is what makes it so intriguing. I enjoyed your animation thoroughly. Thank you for sharing.

Happy 1 year Anniversary for this flash

-My favorite part, which was probably everyone else's, were the jokes! The flash, right from the intro, had me laughing so hard . Random's good, as long as its not overused, which i felt like it wasn't. The phedophila jokes got me laughing since I seem to have quite a sick mind and that sort of thing gets me more amused than anything else.

-Being a pokemon parody, it should be fitting that sprites were used. Some scenes did tend to be a little slow. I'll agree with some viewers that Peter walked a bit slow, but that wasn't too big of an issue compared to everything as a whole. You did a great job with your characters. I can tell that the script was well made and you took your time with it.

-I'm not going to say that this is a perfect parody, because nothing's really perfect. It did, at times, seem to drag on, but i did enjoy every minute of it. It brought back so many memories of trying to catch all the pokemon and grinding like no tomorrow so I could beat the elite four. It's quite a shame that there's not going to be a sequel though. It does give you more time to create other works of genius though.

Thanks so much! I was secretly hoping to myself that for a birthday present someone would leave a good review for once, but I never thought anyone else would seriously remember its birthday. XD

I do have to point out, though, that if it's not perfect, a 10/10 doesn't make sense. We'll call it a 9 + 1 for its anniversary. :P

Thanks again, I seriously appreciate it.

EDIT: OHHHH, I'm in the Flash Portal again under past Daily Features. XD I was wondering how someone managed to remember the day a flash cartoon was released.

Excellent

Excellent piece, you got there, it was purely smooth. Despite the christmas music it ironically played very well with this production it was pretty sweet. The graphics weren't the best but like you said you were lacking on time, which is reasonable infact despite a few instances where it was slightly difficult to tell what was going on It played extremely well, infact i think had it been done better it may of lost the dream like effect that is casted. The storyline was simple, to the point and original, I loved the fight scene which was not flamboyant yet showed some cool fighting. When the mystery of the maskman was revealed i had expected it to be himself from and it seemed that this anticipation was correct, but sure as heck wasn't expecting him to still be alive, as the evil kid sprouted wings and chased him. Before things got to strange, the way it was revealed as being merely a dream was cool, and the way he cooly went back to sleep humored me and reminded myself of my own crazy dreams. Overall Great job man!

Great

I must say, that was just....mind blowing, to see such fantastic art put into such a feel good movie was great, the story was great, and attention to detail really payed off! The structure and introduction of everything was superb, and i really loved the ideas such as the wooden cars and the musical plants, features such as these define between great potential and sheer greatness, and your beyond even that!

Great battle scene

That battle sequence was very intense - the tension rose almost immediately, yet despite a headstrong start the battle kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Quite a well-choreographed sequence. Furthermore, between the lack of protracted expository dialogue, standoffs and "just keep punching the guy repeatedly even though he's blocking everything", I'd call this significantly better than any of DBZ's battles. (Mind you, I've watched neither the Pokémon nor DBZ anime in years.) Furthermore, the art and animation throughout the movie were quite good. You rendered a lot of the combat effects very well, and the animation is of very high quality. However, your human figures are considerably less polished; also, at the beginning, I noticed that through the camera movement, the earth/horizon seemed to be moving a bit unnaturally.

Very interesting

-At first this seemed to be just a duel between a guy with a gun and a guy with a sword, but then they started doing those over the top stuff, like Magnum forming guns with his arms or Spade turning into that black blob. Not that that's bad, I like over the top.

-The animation was good mostly, but there were some parts that seemed a bit odd. When Spade did the sonic boom stuff, it seemed effortless. Stuff like that is supposed to be a very quick and precise motion, but Spade just... moved his sword. The scene doesn't have the power it should have. Fix that, and you have a winner.

-Overall, I really enjoyed this. Those stunts the fighters pulled were awesome, and it really shows how creative you are. I must say I learned a bit from this.

Good Job

I very much so enjoyed this flash. It actually reminds me of the "GROW" series of games, except now one gets to see a full end-result without having to find a correct order first (plus your animation is much longer!). I also love the color and how the animation flows. It's clear that a lot of creativity went into this. The sequence of events is enjoyable to watch unfold. I especially liked the scene where steps were created and the world flipped. I look forward to your future creations.

I'm a pretty laid back person. Like some things about the new design but still like a lot of things from the old one :/
