Great!

The animation was nice an' smooth, the timing and scenes were interesting and attractive. Following one of my favorite rules of thumb-less is more, this pulled everything off expertly. Congrats to you on all of the awards that this recieved this they were all well deserved.

Greenfrost6 responds:

One of the best reviews I've received in a long time. Thank you.

Hahaha

That was quite possibly the most annoying thing i've heard in a while. You should put that audio in the audio portal so we can download it and listen to it all the time :3
I will have to say that even though it was pretty plain the lipsynching was pretty good and the animation lasted a lot longer than I thought it would originally be.

Zomgah responds:

hahahaha thanks..

Nice

The morphing was done so smoothly, no glitches or obvious changes in the pictures until the transformation was complete. I'm very impressed. Just wish I would of found this earlier.

TheBoogley responds:

Couldn't find us eh? Don't beat yourself up about it mate, we've been hiding. Thanks! :D

Nice

I gather the audio wasn't meant to be stellar. So excepting that, this was a good little film, the competition between the two characters being a strong, humorous theme. Positives aside, I think labeling it "crazy ass adventures" is a bit heavy-handed and doesn't go well with the understated surrealism of the remainder of the animation. All in all, this was an enjoyable, original piece that was refreshingly absent of phallic jokes, excessive homoeroticism and over-dependence on '90's video game culture. Also I hope to see the sequel soon since it's been a year.

HappyViking responds:

Audio wasn't a strong point for me back then. I've since gotten better (though still pretty bad) and will eventually get around to cleaning up the sound on this one, once I'm done with the sequel (which will be released this month yay!).

And I think I agree with you on the topic of nomenclature. "Crazy-Ass Adventures" doesn't really fit that well with the tone of the series, so it'll be dropped. Everyone I know simply calls it "Sean and Justin" anyway. :P

Lastly, I am sorry to admit that the sequel will have a dick joke or two, but I promise that, while it definitely won't be tasteful, it will be well-executed, unexpected, and met with appropriate disgust from the main characters. But rest assured, the cartoon violence and gleeful non-sequitors will still be there!

Thank you for your thoughtful review, man.

Really funny

Nice Job with this. I love parodies of Twilight since they are so much better than the movies. Top notch animating and well deserving of the front page and daily first that it recieved.

RicePirate responds:

Both were a huge surprise and honor. :D Thanks!

It's okay

Pretty funny parody of wrestling and I enjoyed watching this. There are some noticable problems like how slow the animation was and how the body parts didn't look good when he moved around. Being a year since you worked in flash it's okay for only one day of work. Can't wait til you get some works out that have more time put into them.

CyanideBreathmint responds:

I have more projects in mind then you can imagine. And all of them will be done with more time and diligence. Maybe a few more, I'm bored and I'll throw together some stupid crap in an evening stuff... but the main ones will be forces to be reckoned with. Thanks for the review.

Well

-This is probably the most random video i've seen in a while. I always thought it was going to end and then bam another random turn in the plot would happen. I thoroughly enjoyed it for the way the story unfolded as it's something that you don't see too often.

-Drawing could of been a lot better though since it's done with the brush tool and cropping of pictures. I do that but seeing as how this is much better than what I usually do I expected some higher quality drawings. Animation wise it's pretty good but it's kind of slow and choppy.

-Overall this is just lacking a lot production wise since a lot of really old flashes look way better than this. Better voice capturing and some practice drawing and animating in flash and i'm sure you will improve.

hehe thanks for the review and advice, I'll make good use of it.

9th Clock Day

Brilliant piece of animation put to music in pure harmony. This is by far my favorite flash out of all the clock day submissions from this year. It just speaks volumes to me even though the story is suttle and doesn't give itself away. Interesting art style you used but I found it fit nicely with the theme. Keep up the great work.

Foxcato responds:

Thank you very much:)
I'm glad you found it enjoyable.

Nice

Humorous interpretation of the myth. I love that one. You made the myth kinda upbeat, which could be described as dark but this is a gag cartoon so it didn't matter.. perhaps cutting the god's punishment bit works out as a lucky accident. Oh, and the animation, is just awesome of course! You got good art, and more importantly timing and getting emotions through that beard-mop is too cute. Overall you did a great job with this and i'm glad that I watched it.

CatFat responds:

ah thanks man, this was a nice review

I'm a pretty laid back person. Like some things about the new design but still like a lot of things from the old one :/
